Judge Maysam Al-Nuwairi

Judge Maysam Al-Nuwairi is a distinguished Lebanese jurist and legal scholar with over four decades of experience in the judiciary, legal education, and public service. She has held several senior judicial positions, including Director-General of the Ministry of Justice and President of the Commercial Chamber of the Beirut Court of Appeal.
Renowned for her expertise in commercial law, she has also contributed significantly to legal education through her long-standing academic roles at prominent universities in Lebanon. A committed advocate for human rights and legal reform, Judge Al-Nuwairi has represented Lebanon in various international forums and continues to collaborate with NGOs on justice and human rights initiatives.
