Dr. Paul G. Morcos is a distinguished attorney, legal consultant, and academic with over two decades of experience in law, governance, and human rights. Holding a PhD in Law from Nancy II University in France, he is the founder of JUSTICIA Beirut Consult Law Offices and serves as Dean of the International Executive School in Strasbourg.

Dr. Morcos has advised leading banks, public institutions, and international organizations, and played a key role in legislative reform, judicial development, and legal advocacy across Lebanon and the Arab world. His academic contributions, prolific publications, and leadership in human rights initiatives position him as a leading voice in the legal field regionally and globally.

  • Legal provisions for labor rights, children’s protection, and the rights of persons with disabilities
