Judge Dr. Elias Nassif is a distinguished Lebanese jurist, consultant, and academic whose career spans over four decades in the judiciary, legal reform, and legal informatics. Known for his integrity, scholarly depth, and commitment to justice, Dr. Nassif has held senior positions within Lebanon’s judicial system, including appointments as Judge and Supervisor at multiple Criminal and Civil Courts of Appeal, and as a legal expert at the Supreme Court in Beirut.
From 2008 to 2014, he served as Prime Consultant and Supervisor for legal data integration at Dar Al Kitab Al Electroni Allubnani S.A.L, overseeing the development of landmark legal software such as The Contracts Counselor and The Cassation and Jurisprudence Counselor—tools that remain central to Lebanon’s legal digital infrastructure.
Currently, Dr. Nassif serves as a senior legal consultant at Justicia Beirut Consult Law Offices, contributing his deep expertise to high-level legal analysis and casework.
