A committed legal expert and human rights advocate with over 15 years of experience in legislative drafting, legal consultancy, and public policy reform. A graduate of La Sagesse University and an active member of the Justicia Foundation for Development and Human Rights, I have contributed to key legal reforms in Lebanon—particularly in the areas of gender equality, electoral law, and social protection.

My work spans consultancy for law firms and NGOs, collaboration with parliamentary committees, and authorship of several legal publications aimed at empowering citizens and strengthening the rule of law. Trilingual and proficient in legal research and advocacy, I bring a strategic and people-centered approach to legal development and justice sector reform.

Key Projects

  • 2021 – Drafted a legislative proposal to amend the Electoral Law (gender quota for parliamentary elections), in partnership with Fifty-Fifty (50/50) and UNDP (LEAP).
  • 2020 – Contributed to redefining the legal definition of rape in the Lebanese Penal Code, for the Parliamentary Committee on Women and Children.
  • 2019 – Drafted a law to extend social security benefits to working married Lebanese women, with the same parliamentary committee.
  • 2019 – Drafted a law advocating the right of Lebanese women to pass on nationality and civil rights to their children.
